Baobab oil is a premium nourishing oil extracted from the seeds of the baobab tree (adansonia digitata). Due to its high tocopherol content, the oil has a long shelf life. Baobab oil has been used in Senegalese medicine for centuries as a remedy for burns.

Our high-quality baobab oil is recommended for the care of sunburns, minor burns, dry and aging skin, as it helps restore its elasticity.

The oil is also effective in the care of dry hair, restoring shine and flexibility. Baobab oil has a healing effect on rough hands and strengthens nails. As a massage oil, it has an invigorating effect and relieves physical fatigue.

The oil helps the skin regain freshness, elasticity and makes it soft and supple again.

In addition to its nourishing properties, we also warn of the risk of fire. Sheets soaked in oil can ignite in the dryer if the oil is not completely washed out. We therefore recommend using special detergents (such as our Wuwei Blue laundry detergent) and even during the first wash to prevent or reduce the formation of stains and odors in the sheets.
