Camphor wood (essential oil – ho-wood)

Camphor wood essential oil or ho-wood resembles rosewood in both its smell and aromatherapeutic properties. However, since the latter tree is highly endangered and therefore protected, it is replaced by ho-wood oil, which is obtained from camphor. Due to its high concentration of natural linalool (more than 95%), it offers excellent immune system support in winter.

In natural cosmetics, it nourishes oily and regenerates sensitive, inflamed and mature skin. It nourishes rough and cracked skin on the hands and feet. It is used in the production of natural cleansers and deodorants, where its floral scent is beautifully expressed. It is a mild aphrodisiac. The warm, floral-herbal scent of ho-wood essential oil stimulates and harmonizes at the same time, relaxes during stress and inspires confidence.
