– Apply with little or no stretching. The ends of each strip should be applied without stretching
– After application, rub the strip to activate the adhesive
– To remove, gently roll the strip – avoid direct lifting

Additional information:

– Facial taping can be done 2-3 times a week with at least one day off
– When you first apply the tape, it can stay in place for 3 to 8 hours
– Do not apply kinesiology tape to damaged skin
Note: It is not recommended to sleep with the tape on for a long time, more than 3 to 4 nights a week
